1.How do I share custom reports with other users on my account?

Sharing custom reports is a fantastic way to keep everyone informed. You can do this by accessing the Custom reports tab and following these steps:

• Navigate to the Reports tab.
• Click on the Custom reports tab.
• Select the Edit link for the custom report you wish to share.
• Choose a specific recipient from the drop-down menu.
• Click Save and close. Alternatively, you can use the Save customization button within a specific report.

2. How can I remove a company from my profile that was created in error?
If your account is less than 60 days old, deleting your QuickBooks Online company file is an option. Follow these steps:

• Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
• Amend the URL to include /purge company.
• Confirm the deletion by typing YES and clicking OK.
• Click Wipe Data to complete the process. For accounts older than 90 days, cancellation and starting a new subscription are required.

3. How can I invite my accountant?
Inviting your accountant to access your QuickBooks Online account is simple and free. Here’s how:

• Click on the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
• Navigate to the Accounting firms tab.
• Enter your accountant’s email address and click the Invite button. They’ll receive an email with instructions to join.
• You can add up to two accountants in Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus plans, and three accountants in our Advanced plan.
